I have a good old trusty, somewhat noisey singer school version sewing machine. "Besty" is a good old girl and dependable and very heavy. Now that I have joined my first quilting classes I am excited to see what kind of sewing machines the ladies will bring next week.
Several of them have been sewing forever, and are so nice. Does anyone have any suggestions as to a reasonable, a bit more updated machine. (don't let Besty know ) and also price ranges.
